Life as an art student
I’m a freshman at Savannah College of Art and Design, I never pictured myself at an arts school. For years I wanted to go to the State’s University, but when I realized what I wanted to do as a career I knew SCAD was where I needed to be. Being in an arts community is like something you have never experienced. There are many things a southern girl is not used to. So many toms, so many democrats, and so many strange people. I always wanted to be apart of a sisterhood, being in a sorority isn’t an option here though. I still enjoy all things southern and am trying to spread my southern charm through out the campus!
